Fletcher: Saint Louis, MO, United States; Just a grad student in St. Louis continuously adding and refining as much as I can fit into my life. When I'm not slaving away in the lab, you can typically find me enjoying the outdoors, either running, biking, hiking, camping or attempting to garden. I'm also interested in health and nutrition and have been trying my hand at cooking, which has proven to be intermittently successful. There is always a book that I find myself in the middle of, as well as an ever-growing collection of music. I have an incredibly supportive family, the nucleus being my loving wife and devoted dog. This blog will serve as a means to track my current fitness goals and achievements, reviews of local trails for both running and hiking/camping, a collection of recipes that have successfully yielded something edible, as well as a sink for anything else that so happens to be filling my time.
